In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "666p9", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to 666p9 Gaming Ltd. and the online gaming platform operated at 666p9.bet, including all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 666p9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the 666p9 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in their 666p9 account wallet, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit funds awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on the 666p9 platform.
• "Payment Method" means any of the approved deposit and withdrawal channels available on 666p9, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• "Sports Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event through the 666p9 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC markets.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, payment, loyalty, and support services offered through the 666p9 platform.

By accessing the 666p9 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 666p9 Gaming Ltd.

To register and use the 666p9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee of 666p9 Gaming Ltd. or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 666p9 platform or any other online gaming platform under a cross-operator exclusion scheme.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 666p9 platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 666p9 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. 666p9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify 666p9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Prompt notification allows us to suspend the account and investigate the incident without further delay.

• Account passwords must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• 666p9 recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication via your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa number.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after written notice is provided to the registered email address.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

666p9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

All financial transactions on the 666p9 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 666p9 does not apply currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 100 per transaction via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same Payment Method used for the corresponding deposit. 666p9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• KYC Verification: 666p9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity verification documents are provided by the Player. This is a regulatory requirement under our international gaming licence.

666p9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have fully completed the registration and KYC verification process.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are played separately from Real Money Balance. Unless stated otherwise, Real Money Balance is wagered first.

• 666p9 Loyalty Coins: Coins are earned automatically on qualifying real-money wagers and are redeemable as PKR credit from the account dashboard. Coins have no cash value until redeemed and cannot be transferred between accounts.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. 666p9 does not influence or manipulate individual game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and any stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings from rounds affected by a malfunction are not payable.
• 666p9's display of game results is final. In the event of a discrepancy between the player's screen and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

The 666p9 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20I, Tests, and ICC tournaments), international football, UFC, and additional sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 666p9:

• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day are displayed in the sportsbook section of the platform and are subject to change.

666p9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Self-excluded Players may not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering a new account. 666p9 will take reasonable steps to detect and close duplicate accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666p9 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.

All content on the 666p9 platform — including but not limited to the 666p9 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 666p9 Gaming Ltd. or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 666p9 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on any 666p9 content or brand assets.
• Commercially exploiting any part of the 666p9 platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666p9 Gaming Ltd. shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays beyond 666p9's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by a Player in the course of gambling, including decisions to wager amounts beyond their financial means.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials or from unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's own negligence.

In all cases where 666p9 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 666p9 to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666p9 collects, stores, and processes Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 666p9 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) is collected for account management and KYC compliance purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666p9 Gaming Ltd. holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
